The 3D direction vector
The 3D center point
Returns true if the segment lays on the axis defined by the 3D point center and the direction dir.

public bool IsOnAxis( 
   Vector3D dir,
   Point3D center

Parameters

dir
The 3D direction vector
center
The 3D center point

Return Value

True if the segments is on the axis, false otherwise.
