Public MethodClear Clears this collection and adds a layer called "Default".  
Public MethodEmptyOverloaded.  Removes all the entities on the specified layer.  
Public MethodGetEnumerator  
Public MethodIndexOfOverloaded.  Gets the index of the specified layer.  
Public MethodRemoveOverloaded.  Removes the specified layer and all entities on it.  
Public MethodRemoveAt Removes the specified layer and all entities on it.  
Public MethodTurnAllOff Turns all layers off.  
Public MethodTurnAllOn Turns all layers on.  
Public MethodTurnOffOverloaded.  Turns the specified layer off.
