    This method uses the devDept.Eyeshot.Entities.TabulatedSurface.TabulatedSurface Constructor(Int32,Double[],Int32,Double[],Point4D[,],Vector3D,ICurve) constructor to create the object. When the content is contentType.Tessellation the resulting object is a devDept.Eyeshot.Entities.Mesh
