Environment.RenderToBitmap (RectangleF, Size, Boolean, Boolean) Method

Returns an image of the current Environment scene. The image can be scaled even to a poster size one.

Parameters

rectangle
RectangleF

The rectangle of the viewport to capture in screen coordinates (zero on top)

bitmapSize
Size

The size in which the viewport will be fitted.

drawBackground
bool

If true, the drawing of the background is skipped

hdwAcceleration
bool

If true, use the hardware acceleration (OpenGL only)

Return Value

Bitmap

The 24-bit image.

Remarks
 
To get a 32-bit image with transparent background set the BackgroundSettings.StyleMode to backgroundStyleType.None.
