Loads an edge or a face of the element given a pressure vector.

SetPressure(Int32,Vector3D,Point3D[]) Loads an edge or a face of the element given a pressure vector.  
SetPressure(Int32,Double,Point3D[]) Loads an edge or a face of the element with a perpendicular pressure of the given magnitude.
